For over more than 2 decades, Dev Information Technology Pvt. Ltd. is committed towards one common goal – consistently delivering high quality results, ensuring highest level of customer satisfaction. As part of an ongoing commitment to measure and enhance our performance, DEV IT conducts a Managed Services Client Satisfaction Survey every year. It was the time of the year again this June 2016, when we conducted a survey for our clients.

The aim of the survey was to ascertain the perceived level of quality of our Managed IT Services, and to ensure that our customers are satisfied with all aspects of your services. Finding out exactly what it is that our customers look for from a Managed Services Provider and their business needs is vitally important to us as we continue to invest in technology, resources and expanding our customer base. This important information allowed us to gain valuable insights into how we are doing, specific areas we can improve, and how we can continue to build stronger business partnerships with our customers.

We are delighted to share highlights of this survey:

DEV IT recorded a 9.8 out of 10 CSAT score in its Managed IT Services client satisfaction survey.

 

Likely to Recommend: 93%

93% of respondents say they would refer other clients who are seeking IT Infrastructure Management, Cloud Services and Managed IT ServiceThis is a statistic that we are very proud of, as we believe that we can truly help all of our customers to succeed and drive their business growth, as reflected in our series of case studies.

70% of respondents say they are willing to sign up for additional services and/or upgraded their existing Managed IT Services.

94% of respondents say they are satisfied with the ease of doing with us.

Investment/Innovation in Managed Services tools and processes: 94%

94% of our customers are happy with our heavy investment in world-class technology as well as innovation in Managed Services tools and processes over the years. We are pleased to see that our customers recognize this and are happy with how our tools and processes.

It is our customer service quality, responsiveness and skill set that rank very highly with our customers.

Customer Service Quality: 98%

98% of respondents ranked our level of customer service quality as excellent, very good or good. We pride ourselves on our customer service as we work in partnership with our customers rather than simply selling solutions. We care about our customers’ objectives and goals and are passionate about helping them to achieve them.

90% of respondents say that after sign up we provision the services the services on-time.

Understanding and alignment with business needs and objectives: 97%

With 97% of our customers believing that we understand their business needs and objectives, we are well positioned to provide a personalized service and build strong relationships with our customers.

Timeliness: 98%

98% of responding customers believe that we adhere to stringent SLAs. We recognize that time is of the essence when it comes to technical support and resolving issues and this further reflects our dedication to provide a service that is in line with customers’ expectations.

Knowledge and Professionalism: 98%

98% of our customers believe that our support staff is knowledgeable and professional.

97% of respondents say that our service price has matched to their expectations.

We have also noted from this survey that our customers consider the following criteria as highly important for choosing a Managed Service Provider or maintaining an on-going relationship – capabilities, skills and experience to support multiple technologies across the range of services offered and geographies covered, competitive costs, flexible delivery models, our ability to advise and influence business and operational processes, transparent and timely communications and reporting. It is very encouraging to see that our customers are satisfied with all of these aspects when working with us.

One of DEV IT’s main goals is to continually improve upon its own set high standards. We don’t seek to merely meet expectations; we want to exceed them. Ultimately, we want our services to make our customers’ business more effective, more profitable, and, thus, more successful.
